COREstruction: Window Installation Miramar Beach
Located along Scenic Highway 30-A east of Seaside is 8.5 acres of community redefined. Redfish Village is a mixed-use establishment featuring 80 luxurious condos and abundant retail, office, and restaurant space catering to a myriad of interests – all of which make Redfish Village a premier location in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida.
As the window and door installation contractor, Corestruction installed over 1000 exterior window and door units both the residential and commercial units. In addition to the installation of all windows and doors, Core’s scope included installation of structural mulls and application of Wet-Flash liquid applied waterproofing and sealant joints to satisfy the Florida Building Code and ASTM-E1105. Other members of the project team included New Orchard Group, Montgomery Martin Contractors, and Looney Ricks Kiss Architects.
