Combo Plate
The famous BBQ Combo Plate - This plate can only be bought at the California State Fair in Sacramento, California.
The plate is composed of two Beef Ribs and (two sides) I double up on the side orders with fries. Next to the plate, you have a Tri-tip sandwich. I wash this down with ice cold lemonade, but used water as a back up.
