The Trails we Travel . . .

in search of adventure, photography, scenery. From high mountains covered in snow to desert landscapes to oceans and rivers we have seen our share of fabulous places. Been in our share of predicaments also, which just goes with the territory. Here's to many more miles and smiles, to all who seek and wander.

"In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." John Muir

Karen is walking along the Palouse River after visiting the bowl below Palouse Falls. We took the less treacherous route to the bottom of the falls, which is still a steep, rocky, slippery route to take. In higher water it is probably impassable. Well worth the effort for those who want a unique perspective on the falls.
