Sesame crusted tofu

Ensuring good coverage on the tofu was a bit difficult. For the first few it went well, but after dredging a few the bread crumbs on the plate started to get a bit soggy and were not adhere. The scallions were also rather strong and overpowered the delicate flavor. The toasted sesame seeds and breadcrumb clumps left in the pan were rather tasty though.
