Porkchop with onions sauted in balsamic vinegar and rosemary
I had several onions and plenty of balsamic vinegar left over from the plum sauce, so I figured I would try this to use them up. The recipe was actually for lamb, but it is ridiculously expensive here. Could have used some salt, but I'm trying to cook without it.
