First & Only
On the first day of official revenue operations, the West Michigan crew spots a Railbox at the dock at Hanson's Logistics in Hartford. This would end up being the first and only boxcar that Hanson's would ever receive after Pioneer sold the WMI to its current owners. Former Michigan Air Line (ex Coe Rail, originally GTW) SW1200 GLLX #1512 was the sole power on the new railroad at the time. Pioneer's long-dead NW2 #100 sits at the end of the track, and would be shipped out to Pioneer's shop in Illinois the following February.
