a tumbling mess of strings of homemade pasta
it was my first attempt at rolling the pasta using a pasta rolling machine flic.kr/p/2qyWLMW it would have been quicker and better to have rolled the pasta by hand! i gummed up the rollers many times, cleaned up, started again, gummed up, cleaned up and started again, again and again. i was determined to have something to show for my efforts :)
the ragged strings of pasta are hanging over the rim of the deep pan to dry. later the pasta was cooked, covered with pomodoro sauce and eaten with salad. it tasted fine flic.kr/p/2r7AhoV
