casual olive green linen blazer for the spring ironed and practise lining removed
(for the photo lining placed in front of the dressmaking book)
still to do
2 button holes
2 buttons covered in the green linen
sleeves and length to be hemmed
lining to be recut, assembled, machined and inserted
back neck facing to be stitched into position on the shoulder and centre back (just a couple of stay stitches)
final iron
2metres of green linen @ £6 per metre width 1m 50cm
(reduced from £7 per metre)
2 metres of a darker green silky fabric for the lining (not silk)
£2 per metre width 1m 50cm
