leftovers of mixed beans and onion alongside mango, mackeral, cod, sweet green and red peppers, pickled sweet pepper, servings of raspberry sauce and plum butter, all sprinkled with milled flaxseed and seasoned with coarse black pepper
my microwave has two settings cook and defrost. the food was plated, covered and then microwaved on defrost, a very low setting, for nearly half an hour. time for a walk around the garden. i prefer to cook everything slowly in the microwave. the food remains intact and doesn't overcook. i judged everything was cooked when all the bottom of the plate was very hot to the touch, steam off the food and the aroma was good :)
the pickled red pepper was added to the plate after the cooking
