a short while ago i viewed a photo by Chic www.flickr.com/photos/80454089@N00/ of a scrumptious homemade lemon tart and thought i must make something lemony. i've searched for the photo but just can't find it. never mind i've made my version. homemade pastry would have looked and tasted much better but opted for the shop bought pastry case as i felt lazy

couldn't resist and ate a slice. i can confirm the shop bought pastry is buttery and light, delicious - and looks great :)
ps i'm not recommending any of these cookery adventures. they suit my personal taste. photographing to encourage myself to eat more healthily ...
