i'll attempt this dessert again tomorrow and hopefully improve the presentation
yesterday i had a go at making old fashioned chocolate fudge www.allrecipes.com/recipe/9420/old-fashioned-chocolate-fu...
i failed but all was not lost as the end product was a delicious chocolate sauce now decanted into small pots and placed in the freezer to eat as and when. a portion was drizzled on this dessert.
i'll reattempt the fudge another day
