If you're looking for wholesale cheap fashion items, there's the Hong Kong Textile Industrial Building (note: closed on sundays) that's right beside one of the exits of Lai Chi Kok station MTR. Can't rem if exit C or E. This is the source of some Asian fashion importers for their retail shops, probably next to Bangkok.
