Stretch Effect (changed)

1) Duplicate the background layer.

2) Correct levels.

3) Single Column Marquee Tool in the centre of the image.

4) Right click "Free Transform" in the marching ants.

5) Drag downwards.

6) Apply vibrance as the final touch. To really bring out the orange colour (94%)
