Blurring background (changed)

*One use of the tool is if you wanted to make the background of an image fast and blurry but keeping the foreground or main subject in the original perception.*

1) Adjust levels (you should always do this at the start.)

2) Select the "Quick selection tool",

3) Firstly alter the eyes by clicking the area and then select "cut off from- subtract from selection", which will decrease the area selected with each click, making it more precise.

4) Adjustments > Photo Filter > Colour > double click on box >select green > Ok (twice) and adjust the density too.

5) Do the same process with the other eye.

6) For the ears and nose- just add vibrance (Image> Adjustments > Vibrance)

7) Same quick selection method for the tunnel and around the cat but use a bigger brush size.

*The point is to make the cat the main focus*

8) With the parts selected, apply a small amount of radial blur (10), by going to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur.
