JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (May 14, 2013) Donald Green, a Pearl Harbor survivor and USS Pyro (AE1) Sailor, was remembered in a sunrise ceremony in which his ashes were committed into the waters of Pearl Harbor near the Arizona Memorial. Rear Adm. Frank Caldwell, commander of Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, his wife Kim and Chaplain Cmdr. Jeffrey Logan helped honor Green by presiding over the ceremony.
