PACIFIC OCEAN (April 27, 2013) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Derek Delgado sets an aircraft barricade on the flight deck as a demonstration to Sailors and their family members aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). The John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, consisting of Stennis, CVW-9, Destroyer Squadron 21 and guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG-53), is returning from an eight-month deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
