GULF OF THAILAND (Feb. 18, 2013) — An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC 25), picks up supplies from the Military Sea Lift Command Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) for a vertical replenishment with the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). The Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group, currently on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations, is taking part in Cobra Gold, a Thai-U.S. co-sponsored multinational joint exercise designed to advance regional security by exercising a robust multinational force from nations sharing common goals and security commitments in the Asia-Pacific region.
