HACHINOHE, Misawa (March 15, 2011) - Chief Builder Billy Knox saws through two-by-four planks at the U.S. FISC Yokosuka Defense Fuel Support Point Hachinohe. Knox, and his crew of Seabees from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East Det. Misawa, spent the day reinforcing the facility's fence area that was damaged by a tsunami just days prior.
