SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 23, 2020) Hull Maintenance Technician 2nd Class Malcolm Luckie, from Manteca, Calif., welds a pipe using a shielded metal arc welding method in the general workshop aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S.
