Dewey, assigned to the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG), is on a scheduled deployment in the Indo-Pacific region to support training under the U.S. Pacific Fleet’s Up-Gunned ESG concept and to serve as a forward multi-mission asset for any type of contingency.
