NAVAL STATION GUAM (June 23, 2017) Explosive Ordnance Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Michael J. Tollison, is piped along the side, concluding the unit’s change of command ceremony at Naval Base Guam June 23, 2017. EODMU 5 Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Michael J. Tollison assumed command of the unit from the outgoing commanding officer, Cmdr. Benjamin J. Cipperley, during the ceremony. EODMU 5 conducts mine countermeasures, improvised explosive device operations, renders safe explosive hazards and disarms underwater explosives such as mines.
