SAN DIEGO (Sept. 30, 2016) Sailors aboard USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) man the rails as the hospital ship returns to her homeport at Naval Base San Diego following Pacific Partnership 2016. Pacific Partnership deployed in May, visiting six ports, during which civilian and military personnel from 14 partner nations worked together, exchanging knowledge and best practices in order to improve collective disaster response preparedness in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
