PACIFIC OCEAN (Mar. 28, 2018) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class John Barbee signals to an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Black Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 4 aboard Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108) during a vertical replenishment with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204). Wayne E.
