PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 20, 2016) Sailors on a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) from the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) practice maneuvering procedures and tactics while qualifying personnel for RHIB operations. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Stockdale is operating as part of the John C.
