Scott Lamoreaux III, observes flight operations from the Flag Bridge of aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Cmdr. L. Scott Lamoreaux III died during a flight mishap Feb. 18, 1996 aboard USS Carl Vinson.
