1st Lt. Blake Jones, winner of the Exchange Credit Program's Your Holiday Bill Is On Us Sweepstakes, takes scissors to an oversized MILITARY STAR card statement with his wife, Leah, and two children on March 7 at the Fort Lee Commissary, Virginia. As one of the sweepstakes' five grand-prize winners, Jones' $5,200 MILITARY STAR bill has been wiped clean. He is the Defense Commissary Agency's first winner in the sweepstakes.
