Ricky's asado

For years, Ricky talked about making Leo an Argentine asado, but it never quite materialized. This was in spite of the fact that Leo's family made Ricky a few Uruguayan asados.

This one (with La Cabaña Las Lilas' private label Argentine-raised , grain- and hormone-free meat) was worth the wait.
