I took this one at SLAM, too. I had to. The painting reminds me so much of my Dad. It was painted in 1861 by Edouard Manet. The model was Joseph Gall, a friend of Manet's. Maybe I should try to recreate this painting as a photo with my Dad. Wouldn't that be cool?
