little helpers hang around my neck

Made a colorful lanyard today that drapes around my neck

while I sew, keeping tools close at hand!

 

The backing was made from sewing together three of my colored cotton ribbons imported from Spain, and topped with a favorite geometric ribbon from my new collection. The attached miniature Spanish Espadrille keychain holds my favorite silver thimble!
