The Sarah Project

Sarah is a sixteen year-old girl with DiGeorge syndrome. Each morning, her mother, Janet, helps her get ready for school by getting her dressed, making sure she takes her medication, and makes sure her feeding tube is hooked up before getting on the school bus.
