Ancient Magic or just a fake?
The Norse Vikings that found Iceland and settled there for approx. 1.200 years believed in ghosts and spirits, and they brought with them an ancient alphabet (called rúnir). So, you might think that the symbols on the tree log are from that time... but that is hardly the case. The symbols on the log and the stone blocks are definitely quite fresh, hardly older than a decade old.
But how the stone blocks got there is a mystery -- they are obviously beaten by the ocean, yet there are no signs of how they were brought to this place.
