Don Don Izakaya

Don Don is a great restaurant on Dundas across the street from Eaton Centre. Once you walk up the stairs (it's on the second floor) you are transported to an Izakaya back in Japan. I really loved the atmosphere in this place, it brought back memories. We sat at the bar, overlooking the kitchen. Normally we try to avoid sitting at bars, but I am glad we didn't this time, as watching the kitchen activity was fascinating.
The food was very good. We really enjoyed the food at Don Don, and I am already looking forward to a return visit.
I highly recommend Don Don Izakaya.
