They had an unusual process at Phil's Coffee for brewing the coffee. They ground a small amount of beans to brew just one cup, and then had this one off filter systems. They would use a big paper filter, and pour hot water through it manually, then they would pour the brewed coffee through the filter a second time. Mmmm, it was crazy how amazing the coffee was at this place.
