Knackered, underneath an rowing machine

So, I'm back at work and planning on regaining my coke-bottle figure for the new year. 25 minutes jogging and a few situps later and I decided to play around with the cameraphone while collapsed as a sweaty mess under a rowing machine.

 

Then I undo the good work the next day.
