'Grand Central'

B&W Photography - Final Exam Photo 8/8 (My personal favorite)

Emulating the style of Alfred Stieglitz, this is a print like many he took of a growing New York in the early 1900s. This isn't really in New York, just a display train at the Church Street Station in Orlando, FL. It's on a short stretch of separate track, but the track on the right is still used. At least I didn't get run over...

Printed and textured in a darkroom from 35mm negatives and texture screens, and a little bit of dodging (Shot on TMAX 100). Most of these prints were exposed from 5-15 seconds for the image and 1-3 seconds for the texture screen. The only digital editing I did was cropping the copy photo of my final print.
