Subadult Long-tailed Jaeger (Stercorarius longicaudus) at Wisconsin Point, Douglas County, Wisconsin, 15 October 2010. First found by Erik Bruhnke on the 14th. At least one juvenile Pomarine (S. pomarinus) and four Parasitic Jaegers (S. parasiticus) were present for direct comparison. Note bill size and shape, wing shape, lack of breast band, and length of tail.
