Bread Pudding, Close-up - For a special treat on Super Bowl Sunday, I made a bread pudding for the first time, following a Taste of Home recipe and adding a few ingredients. It was a great success and used up all the bread crusts saved from a sandwich project. Highly recommended.
I added cooked raisins into the mix and then sprinkled chopped pecans on top before baking it. The syrup is just sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and nutmeg.
