Thin layer chromatogrphy (TLC) in glass jar of 70% isopropanol, 20% water, 10% formic acid on Kodak #13255 10x10cm cellulose plates.

5) Casein + Protease

6) Casein + phosphate buffer

7) Protease + KOH
