sorry not paid you as many visits as id like..............

trying to rest my good hand ....

had a wonderful customer yesterday who was a physio......

gave me some advise on how to ease up the hand and free my wrist as it had

locked up ..........in 24 hours things have improved so much..

you would be amazed what warm water soaks and a dogs ball can do to help with mobility..................shame the nhs didnt provide this advise as im sure my wrist would not have locked ..........

oh well on the positive side things can only get better from now on...........

heres to a great new week to you all.............

mind it will take me weeks to catch up with your streams but im sure there are some

wonderful treats to cheer my eyes out there....................
