Safe to Surf

Taken at Porthmear Beach in St Ives.

It was a very strange day, warm temperatures, long sunny breaks and the odd, dark, threatening storm clouds every so often. But this all made for some great photographs.

These are the flags that are put up on the beach by the lifeguards and denote the safe to surf stretch between this and a 2nd flag further up the shore. I was convinced that there was a good shot in this and took a load of frames but it's only in the last few days that I've managed to nail down the processing to get the look that I was after.

Hope you like it.

Regards

Cluke
