Creamy Sunshine Corn Chowder

This is one of the recipes in 'V Cuisine', a recipe book that Mum gave Liz for her birthday. I made it for Liz tonight - it turned out ok, but probably next time I'll pre-cook the corn (to make it braces-friendlier!)
