For about 2 hours, a complex halo developed over southeast Wyoming while air temperature ranged from -21F to -6F.

 

The display included:

22deg Halo: (100%)

Sun dogs (Parhelia): (73%)

Parhelic arc: (4%)

Circumzenith Arc: (13%)

Supralateral Arc: (4%)

Upper Tangent Arc: (27%)

 

*The percents shown were taken over 10 years in Germany whenever a halo occurred. In colder climates, one could expect these frequencies to be much higher.
