A view from Bla Bheinn
This was the view that I was treated to on my return to Bla Bheinn on a truly memorable morning last month. As described a few posts ago (Cuillin in the Sky), I had camped at the bottom of the mountain and had climbed up through the fog before emerging into bright sunlight above a sea of cloud. This view from near the summit looks over the connecting Clach Glas ridge to the neighbouring Corbett Garbh Bheinn. It was one of the finest days I can remember in the hills, especially as at one point it looked like I would never make it up a mountain again. All quite emotional!
