Derelicte!

Another from a wild and stormy day on the Somerset coast, and my first ever visit to Weston Super Mare!

The remains of Birnbeck Pier catch a brief glimpse of the sun as a right royal hailstorm approaches from across the Bristol Channel. It's the only pier on the country that links the mainland to an island don't you know - it's a shame it is falling to bits.
