Easy Cheese for Lauren at Phuyupatamarca

I'd brought a can of Easy Cheese, small log of salami, and cylinder of Ritz crackers (which were mostly crushed at this point) for a special occasion. Phuyupatamarca (The Place Among the Clouds) seemed like a perfect occasion. The food reminded me of home. We always eat cheese, crackers and salami on our family hikes.
