Here we've got the finished Memphis-style spareribs.

 

Fixed up a BBQ dinner for some friends. Menu was Memphis BBQ Spareribs, baked beans from scratch, and coleslaw.

 

Dinner was a hit. Great relief because this was my first try at indirect grilling. Check out the blog for full cooking details.
