This morning, I had a pleasant surprise with the OCBC credit card helpline. I pressed the wrong button and the response was, "Please *0 for a customer service officer, press..."

Last night, I received an SMS from my bank to call it back. I did so this morning and was surprised to learn the bank has locked my credit card upon detecting a second transaction within minutes and involving a large sum of money.
