Swimming Bald Eagle

Caught this shot from the ferry. A bald eagle can lift objects that weigh about the same as it does. Sometimes, it will snag a fish that is too large so it will tenaciously hang on to it and swim it ashore. Eagles have been known to swim prey in from over a mile ashore.
