Google Apps won't let me correct their mistake...

So, I signed up for Premier Edition of Google Apps with sampletheweb.com, but they listed it as www.sampletheweb.com, so all email addresses were @www.sampletheweb.com, instead of @sampletheweb.com, which is useless. There was no way to correct it so I asked them to cancel the account. They did, but it left a free version of the account active so I cannot register sampletheweb.com sans the www now. Grrrr.....
