Sliced Chicken Rice

Originated in Chiayi, the chicken rice has been a very common street food in Taiwan, just like the braised pork rice.

 

Although there is "chicken" in its name, we actually use turkey meat for the dish, with a spoon of turkey fat & a slice of pickled radish usually.
